Terms of service
These terms govern the use of powerdynamics.ec, its tools and our contact channels. By using them, you accept these terms.

Who we are
POWERDYNAMICS S.A.S. (Power Dynamics), tax ID (RUC) 0993403392001, based in Guayaquil, Ecuador. We provide electrical engineering services: grid connection studies, solar PV generation, electrical design and power quality, as well as courses and equipment sales.
Use of the site
- You may browse, read and share the content for informational purposes.
- You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, try to access restricted areas, interfere with its operation or copy its content in bulk or by automated means.
Tools and calculators
The site’s calculators and estimates are for reference only: they rely on general assumptions and do not replace a study or design signed by a professional. Investment decisions should be based on a formal technical proposal.
Quotes and services
Conversations over WhatsApp, social media or email are for guidance. A service is engaged through a written proposal that sets scope, deliverables, timeline and price; that proposal and any related contract prevail over these terms.
Store
Store prices, stock and product sheets are for reference and may change without notice. Each order is confirmed by WhatsApp or email with price, availability, payment and delivery. Warranties are the manufacturer’s, depending on the product.
Courses
- Course access is personal and non-transferable.
- Materials are for your own learning and may not be resold or published without permission.
- Payment terms, dates and certificates are stated on each course page at enrollment.
Client area
Access to the client area is given to each client with a personal code. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and telling us if you think someone else knows it.
WhatsApp and social media
When you write to us on WhatsApp Business, Facebook or Instagram, you agree that we use that data to reply and follow up on your inquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your data at any time (see Data deletion). Those platforms are also governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
The Power Dynamics brand, logo, texts, illustrations, own photos, tools and site code belong to POWERDYNAMICS S.A.S. or are used under license. Third-party photos are used under their licenses. Project deliverables are governed by their contract.
Limitation of liability
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of reference information on the site or for service interruptions beyond our control. Our liability for contracted services is the one set in each contract.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party sites (for example Global Solar Atlas, YouTube or WhatsApp). We do not control their content or policies.
Data protection
Personal data is handled under our Data protection policy (in Spanish) and Ecuador’s Personal Data Protection Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date; continued use of the site means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Guayaquil, after first seeking a direct agreement.
